Boaz has held senior executive positions with International companies in Ghana, Kenya, UK, Romania and Israel.
He holds an MBA from the University of London in Master of Business Administration with specialty in International Finance and Management and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from the college of Management Academic Studies.
Kennedy Ohenebeng, has a comprehensive working experience and with over twenty-seven years (27) Experience in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Banking. He holds BSc Business Administration-Accounting Option from the University of Cape cost and a Master of Business Administration –Finance Option from the University of Ghana. He is a qualified Accountant and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants –Ghana.
Patrick Jimmy Anyimadu
A self-motivated I.T. Expert, Patrick’s credentials include over 10 years’ experience in Information Technology with a demonstrated history of working (including Consultancy) in the IT sectors with a strong cross industry experience spanning Modern Information Technology Management for both private and major governmental areas. Skilled in Hardware & Software Management, amongst others.
Provided technical support to end-users, leveraging broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation via helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools. Performed security administration functions for user, data, and remote access.
He holds a Diploma in I.T. from IPMC-Ghana, BiT (Open University), CISCO Certified, and Member of International I.T. Experts.
With 12 years’ experience in planning and administering the operations in the Logistics industry, Veronica leads the safe, effective, efficient and profitable production operation of Overseas Commerce Ghana Container terminal facility by managing all aspects of the terminal to meet customer and throughput commitments.
With special skills in contract negotiation and conflict resolution, safety management systems, strategic planning, international trade, excellent analytical skills, transportation and inventory management
Prior to joining Overseas Commerce Ghana LTD Veronica led Business Operations of major multinational companies in Ghana, focusing on operational excellence. Veronica holds an MBA in in Accounting and finance, MA in Ports and Shipping Administration and also a BBA in Management
Gertrude has a vast experience in Customer Relations Management, Business Development, Insurance (covering premiums and claims negotiation/management), Contract Administration and General Management.
She joined Overseas Commerce Ghana Ltd in mid-2017 from Sonitra Limited where she rose through the ranks to the position Insurance/Immigration officer. She has over Nine (9) years corporate experience in the area of Insurance and General Administration in a highly paced Civil and General Construction environment for varied insurances namely General insurance, Bid bonds, Performance bonds, Insurance for construction works and Workman compensation for premiums and claims with best results achieved through bids and/or negotiations.
She holds a BA in English and Sociology from the University of Ghana.
Kofi Wiafe Ayisi-Addo
An avid marketer with 10 years’ experience in Logistics Marketing and Operations, Kofi holds a Bachelor of Arts (Degree) in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Before joining Overseas Commerce Ghana Limited, Kofi worked at several companies building his skills in Strategic business development and marketing.
Peter Karteye Tettey-tsu
Mr. Peter Karteye Tettey-tsu joined Overseas Commerce Ghana Ltd in 2016 from intermodal shipping agencies (Agents for ZIM/GSL). For the past 2 years, he has worked in two business development of Overseas Commerce (Container terminal & cold storage warehouse) as the safety and security manager having an oversight supervisory responsibility for maintenance and quality assurance.
Mr. Peter Karteye Tettey- tsu studied Civil Engineering at Kumasi Technical University and also a NEBOSH Certified with 6 years’ work experience in the maritime and logistics industry.
Enoch Martin Afutu
With 12 years’ experience in the logistics industry coupled with leadership and managerial skills, Enoch is acquainted with integrated warehouse operations.
With specialties in inventory control, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving, Logistics, operations management and process improvement, He Holds a Professional certification in logistics and transport management from the Graduate School of Governance and leadership Studies, a certificate in project Management from the Pan African Institute for Leadership and Governance Studies, and is also a member of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management.
